Andreas - Louisiana Alligator Watch Strap
Heavy domed padding makes the Andreas at home on today's dressy chronographs without making them look too sporty. Made only from the large-scale sections of the world's finest Alligator skins.

This is a large grained Louisiana alligator watch strap with 6 mm domed padding tapering to 3 mm at the buckle end for a smoother profile and easier use. It is a substantial strap, with construction identical to the Angelo, but with heavier padding to accommodate larger watches and chronographs. Because it is heavier at the watch end, there is far less shifting and movement with the watch better balanced on the wrist.

It creates a very distinctive, more refined look for these larger watches, because unlike many straps used on them, the Andreas' stitching is not contrasting and matches the leather.

Finish - Satin. This unique finish is only used on our finest straps. The special tanning process used leaves the skin with a beautiful patina that works equally as well on dress and sport watches.

Construction type - Art Manuel. This type of construction is reserved for our premium straps; the edges are smoothed with heat, sanded down and then painted 5 times with edge dye. Loops and buckle flap are stitched by hand.

Backing - Specially tanned leather that is both water resistant and very comfortable.
